The law office of Rakowski & Partners was founded in 2002 by attorney at law Marcin Rakowski, whose legal career dates back to 1995 when he joined Amhurst Brown one of the first UK law firms to enter the Polish market. He then continued to practice law at both Polish and international leading law firms such as Miller Canfield and Wardyński and Partners. The work experience of Marcin Rakowski also includes working in London’s City at both Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy offices. Thanks to the above both domestic and international experience as well as the experience of the whole team of Rakowski & Partners our law office offers a full range of legal services to both Polish and foreign business entities and private clients operating in Poland as well as advising those looking to enter the Polish market. Our legal services include all aspects of business and public law, as well as representation of our clients in any civil, criminal or administrative proceedings, including the proceedings before the Main Administrative Court and the Supreme Court.

Our expertise includes participation in a number of PHARE project and acting as expert advisors to the Polish Ministry Of Economy.
